As Catholics around the world celebrate this holiest of weeks, we mourn the inability to
gather with our brothers and sisters in Christ to celebrate. The world largely sits usually hallow, as we collectively try to reconcile our lives from just a few weeks ago with our lives now. The uncertainty of what lies ahead dominates much of our thoughts and prayer life.
Yet, as a Church, we hold on what truly endures – the love of Christ. Though we might not gather in parishes and cathedrals around the world on Sunday, we are comforted by the knowledge that Christ dwells with us and within us. No matter what we encounter, God is faithful and we should take comfort in our Lord and Savior, his endless grace and mercies, and His unyielding love.
We pray that you’ll take part in Masses online this Triduum, and that you continue to support your parishes and brothers and sisters in Christ.
May you have a blessed Easter.
